This mixed-income campus will deliver high-quality housing, wellness spaces, and community-focused amenities designed to uplift families and support long-term growth. Every decision in design, programming, and partnerships is rooted in equity, dignity, and the future of Bronzeville.

• Housing Mix: 70 percent affordable and 30 percent market-rate

• Design Approach: Modern, sustainable architecture created with community impact in mind

• Amenities: Green space, wellness-focused features, and space for local businesses

• Location: Heart of Bronzeville, Chicago

Currently in the planning and development phase with active community feedback to ensure the project reflects the real needs and aspirations of local residents.

Through intentional design and community-first development, we work to spark sustainable growth and build generational opportunity for local families.
